摘要
对监狱罪犯开展劳动教育是新中国监狱改造罪犯由来已久而又崭新的理论和实践课题。探讨劳动教育的溯源和内涵,寻求实现监狱罪犯劳动教育的途径,对改造罪犯和促进罪犯回归社会成为自食其力的劳动者具有十分重要的意义。
It is a long-standing and brand-new theoretical and practical subject to carry out labor education for prison criminals in New China.It is of great significance for reforming criminals and promoting them to return to society and become self-supporting workers to explore the origin and connotation of labor education and to seek ways to realize the labor education of prison criminals.
