摘要
目的 探讨肋骨骨折患者术后呼吸衰竭发生现状,并分析其影响因素。方法 收集2018年1月—2021年1月南阳市中心医院肋骨骨折术后发生呼吸衰竭患者临床资料,共41例将其纳入发生组,另选取同期41例术后未发生呼吸衰竭患者临床资料,将其纳入未发生组,分析肋骨骨折患者术后呼吸衰竭发生的影响因素。结果 发生组发病至手术时间<72 h、多发性肋骨骨折、合并低白蛋白血症患者占比高于对未发生组(P<0.05);行多项logistics回归分析结果显示,发病至手术时间<72 h、多发性肋骨骨折、合并低白蛋白血症是肋骨骨折患者术后发生呼吸衰竭的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论 发病至手术时间<72 h、多发性肋骨骨折、合并低白蛋白血症是肋骨骨折患者术后发生呼吸衰竭的危险因素。
Objective To investigate the occurrence of postoperative respiratory failure in patients with rib fracture and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods The clinical data of 41 patients with respiratory failure after rib fracture surgery in Nanyang Central Hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were collected and included in the occurrence group, in addition, another clinical data of 41 patients without respiratory failure after surgery in the same period were selected and included in the non occurrence group, the influencing factors of postoperative respiratory failure in patients with rib fracture were analyzed.Results The proportion of time from onset to operation <72 hours, multiple rib fractures and hypoalbuminemia of patients in the occurrence group was higher than that of patients in the non occurrence group(P<0.05);multiple logistic regression analysis was performed, and the results showed that, the time from onset to operation <72 h, multiple rib fractures and hypoalbuminemia were the risk factors of postoperative respiratory failure in patients with rib fractures(OR>1, P<0.05).Conclusion Time from onset to operation <72 h, multiple rib fractures and hypoalbuminemia are the risk factors of postoperative respiratory failure in patients with rib fractures.
