摘要
目的 探讨郑州地区健康育龄期妇女抗心磷脂抗体和抗β_(2)-糖蛋白1抗体(aβ_(2)GP1)的参考范围,从而建立本地区抗磷脂抗体的参考范围。方法 选取2020年1—12月于郑州大学附属郑州中心医院体检中心体检的150名至少已正常分娩过1次的20~40岁健康受试者,排除感染、血栓、肿瘤、自身免疫病等病史,最终入组120例。采用检验科商用试剂盒及全自动化学发光免疫分析仪对抗心磷脂抗体和aβ_(2)GP1的IgA、IgG、IgM亚型进行检测。采用SPSS 22.0统计软件计算其第50百分位数、第95百分位数以及第99百分位数。结果 抗心磷脂抗体IgA、IgG、IgM亚型的第99百分位数分别是3.9、20.0、11.0 CU;aβ_(2)GP1 IgA、IgG、IgM亚型的第99百分位数分别是4.0、10.6、35.5 CU。除了抗心磷脂抗体IgG亚型与厂家截断值(20.0 CU)一致,其余5项均有明显区别。结论 各地区均应建立实验室内部的参考范围,为抗磷脂综合征患者提供更为有效的诊断及治疗依据。
Objective To establish the reference range of anti-cardiolipin antibodies and anti-β_(2)-glycoprotein 1 antibodies(aβ_(2)GP1) in healthy women of childbearing age in Zhengzhou,so as to establish the reference range of anti-phospholipid antibodies in local area.Methods A total of 150 healthy subjects aged 20 to 40 years who attended the physical examination center of Zhengzhou Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from January to December 2020 and had given birth normally at least once were selected,the medical history of infection,thrombosis,tumor,autoimmune disease were excluded,and 120 cases were finally enrolled.The IgA,IgG and IgM subtypes of anti-cardiolipin antibodies and aβ_(2)GP1 were detect by laboratory commercial kits and automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer.The SPSS 22.0 software was used to calculate the fiftieth percentile,ninety-fifth percentile and ninety-ninth percentile.Results The ninety-ninth percentile of anti-cardiolipin antibody IgA,IgG and IgM subtypes were 3.9,20.0 and 11.0 CU.The ninety-ninth percentile of aβ_(2)GP1 IgA,IgG and IgM was 4.0,10.6 and 35.5 CU.Except the IgG subtype of anti-cardiolipin antibody was consistent with the manufacturer’s cut-off value(20.0 CU),the other five items were significantly different.Conclusion All regions should establish the reference scope within the laboratory to provide more effective diagnosis and treatment basis for patients with anti-phospholipid syndrome.
