妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏及玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗睑缘炎相关角结膜病变的效果

Effect of Tobramycin Dexamethasone Eye Ointment and Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops on Blepharitis Related Keratoconjunctival Lesions

目的 评价眼局部使用妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏、玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合物理疗法治疗睑缘炎相关角结膜病变(BKC)的效果和安全性。方法 选择2019年7月至2021年12月于长治医学院附属和平医院定期随访医治的BKC患者30例(60眼),随机分为试验组(15例,30眼)和对照组(15例,30眼)。试验组接受妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏及玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,对照组接受双氯芬酸钠滴眼液及玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,所有患者坚持长期眼睑热敷、睑缘清洁。观察比较两组治疗前后睑缘炎症状评分和体征评分、最佳矫正视力、眼压等。结果 治疗2、4、8周后,两组患者的睑缘炎症状评分和体征评分均降低,最佳矫正视力提高,试验组优于对照组(P<0.05),随访过程中未出现眼压升高、过敏等不良反应。结论 局部使用妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏、玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合物理疗法治疗BKC的效果较好,安全性高。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of topical tobramycin dexamethasone eye ointment and sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with physical therapy in the treatment of blepharokeratoconjunctivitis(BKC).Methods Thirty patients(60 eyes) with BKC who were regularly followed up and treated in Heping Hospital Affiliated to Changzhi Medical College from July 2019 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(15 patients,30 eyes) and control group(15 patients,30 eyes).The experimental group was treated with tobramycin dexamethasone eye ointment and sodium hyaluronate eye drops,and the control group was treated with diclofenac sodium eye drops and sodium hyaluronate eye drops.All patients insisted on long-term eyelid hot compress and eyelid margin cleaning,The symptom score and physical sign score of blepharitis,the best corrected visual acuity and intraocular pressure were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After 2,4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the symptom score and sign score of blepharitis in two groups decreased,and the best corrected visual acuity improved,and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions such as elevated intraocular pressure and allergy occurred during follow-up.Conclusion Topical use of tobramycin dexamethasone eye ointment and sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with physical therapy is effective and safe in the treatment of BKC.
