血清多配体蛋白聚糖-1、抗子宫内膜抗体与子宫内膜异位症分期、痛经程度的关系

Relationship Between Serum Syndecan-1,Anti-endometrial Antibody and the Stage and Dysmenorrhea Degree of Patients with Endometriosis

目的 研究子宫内膜异位症(EMT)患者血清多配体蛋白聚糖-1(Syn-1)和抗子宫内膜抗体(EMAb)水平与EMT不同分期和痛经程度之间的关系。方法 选取2019年5月至2021年2月河南科技大学第一附属医院收治的87例EMT患者作为观察组,另选同期52例健康体检者作为对照组,对比分析两组患者血清Syn-1、EMAb的表达水平,分析不同分期和不同痛经程度时的指标水平。结果 观察组血清Syn-1、EMAb水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。从Ⅰ期至Ⅳ期,观察组Syn-1和EMAb水平均呈上升趋势(P<0.05),且Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期高于Ⅰ期(P<0.05);不同时期EMAb水平对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不同痛经程度的Syn-1、EMAb水平对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);轻度、中度、重度、剧痛组Syn-1水平高于无痛组(P<0.05);中度、重度、剧痛组EMAb水平高于无痛组与轻度组(P<0.05)。结论 Syn-1、EMAb的表达水平与EMT疾病进程存在一定联系,可反映患者痛经程度,能够为EMT患者分期诊断提供参考。

Objective To investigate the relationship between the levels of serum syndecan(Syn-1) and anti-endometrial antibody(EMAb) and different stages and dysmenorrhea degree in patients with endometriosis(EMT).Methods Eighty-seven patients with EMT included in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from May 2019 to February 2021 were selected as observation group,and 52 healthy subjects during the same period were selected as control group.The expression levels of serum Syn-1 and EMAb in the two groups were compared and analyzed.The two indicators under different stages and different degrees of dysmenorrhea were analyzed.Results The levels of serum Syn-1 and EMAb in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).From stage Ⅰ to Ⅳ,the levels of Syn-1 and EMAb in observation group showed an upward trend(P<0.05),and the levels of Syn-1 and EMAb in stage Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were higher than those in stage Ⅰ(P<0.05).The difference of EMAb level in different stages had statistical significance(P<0.05).There were statistical differences in Syn-1 and EMAb levels in different degrees of dysmenorrhea in observation group(P<0.05).The level of Syn-1 in mild,moderate,severe and severe pain group was higher than that in painless group(P<0.05).The level of EMAb in moderate,severe and severe pain group was higher than that in painless group and mild group(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of Syn-1 and EMAb have a certain relationship with the progress of EMT,which can reflect the degree of dysmenorrhea of patients and provide reference for the staged diagnosis of EMT patients.
