摘要
目的 分析产房产后返岗护理人员重返工作准备度及影响因素。方法 选取信阳市中心医院2019年5月至2021年7月产房产后返岗护理人员30名作为调查对象,利用调查问卷方式分析重返工作准备度量表(RRTW)评分现况及影响因素。结果 30名产后返岗护理人员中重返工作准备度多数处在主动维持阶段,占比为73.33%(22/30);不同受教育程度、职称、返岗培训状况、家庭支持状况、值夜班状况、返岗时间的产后返岗护理人员的重返工作准备状况不同(P<0.05);经logistic回归模型分析结果显示,大专及以下受教育程度、护士职称、无返岗培训、家庭支持度低、值夜班、返岗时间<3个月为产后返岗护理人员重返准备工作的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 产房产后返岗护理人员的重返准备工作度整体较高,仍有个别较低,且重返工作准备度因大专及以下受教育程度、职称、无返岗培训、家庭支持度低、值夜班、返岗时间<3个月等因素而欠佳。
Objective To analyze the the status of the readiness for postpartum nurses in the delivery room and the influencing factors.Methods A total of 30 nursing staff who returned to work after giving birth to real estate in Xinyang Central Hospital from May 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the survey objects,and the readiness for return-to-work scale(RRTW) score status and influencing factors were analyzed by means of a questionnaire.Results Most of the 30 nurses who returned to work after giving birth were in the active maintenance stage,accounting for 73.33%(22/30).Post-natal nurses with different educational levels,professional titles,training status,family support status,night shift status and returning time had different preparation status for returning to work(P<0.05).Logistic regression model analysis showed that college degree or below,professional title of nurse,no return training,low family support,night shift,return time <3 months were the independent risk factors for post-natal nurses to prepare for returning to work(P<0.05).Conclusion The degree of preparation for returning to work of postpartum nursing staff in delivery room is generally high,but some of them are still low.The degree of preparation for returning to work is not good because of college education or below,professional title,no training for returning to work,low family support,night duty,return time <3 months and other factors.
