中山市新冠肺炎密切接触者集中隔离酒店防控新型冠状病毒疫情的工作与启示

Work and enlightenment in the prevention and control of coronavirus disease 2019 in centralized quarantine hotel for close contacts of confirmed patients in Zhongshan

2020年1月26日至5月18日中山市第二人民医院负责中山市新冠肺炎密切接触者集中隔离场所(以下简称“隔离酒店”)的日常管理、医学观察等工作。收隔新冠密肺炎密切接触人员365人(含境外人员10人),筛查出阳性患者16例,成为我市收隔新冠肺炎密切接触者最多、开放时间最长的隔离酒店。近4个月以来,隔离酒店做到了安全生产无事故,工作人员无感染,隔离人员无脱隔,对中山市新冠肺炎疫情防控起到了重要作用,圆满完成了国家、省和市里赋予的任务。笔者通过归纳总结在人员抽组、培训、医疗后勤物资保障、规章制度建设、工作人员管理等方面的经验,为今后疫情防控工作提供指导。

From January 26,2020 to May 18,2020,our hospital(Zhongshan Second People’s Hospital) was responsible for the daily management and medical observation of the centralized quarantine hotel for close contacts of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) cases in Zhongshan City.A total of 365 close contacts(including 10 from overseas) were quarantined,and 16 positive patients were screened,making the hotel as the quarantine place with the most close contacts and the longest opening time in Zhongshan.In the past four months,the quarantine hotel has achieved safe production without accidents,no infections among staff,and strict isolation of close contacts.It has played an important role in the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic in our city,and successfully completed the tasks assigned by the national,provincial,and municipal government.By summarizing the experience in personnel selection,training,medical logistics,rules and regulations construction,staff management,etc.,this paper provides guidance for epidemic prevention and control work in the future.
