摘要
3D打印技术是利用计算机数字化三维成像结合现代快速成型技术的一项全新的应用技术,经过数十年的发展,3D打印技术在临床医学中的应用越来越广泛。现代3D打印技术能够根据患者的影像学资料,构建并打印特定于患者的三维模型,将复杂的解剖结构真实地呈现出来,并应用于手术的术前规划及术中治疗。神经系统疾病常常具有高度的复杂性与特异性,3D打印技术为神经外科医生在临床治疗的过程中提供了新的范式,现就3D打印技术在神经外科临床治疗中的应用进展进行综述。
3D printing technology is a new application technology using computer digital 3D imaging combined with modern rapid prototyping technology.After decades of development,3D printing technology is more and more widely used in clinical medicine.Modern 3D printing technology can build and print patient-specific 3D models based on the imaging data of patients,truly present the complex anatomical structures,and apply them to preoperative planning and intraoperative treatment.Nervous system diseases usually have high degree of complexity and specificity,and 3D printing technology provides a new paradigm for neurosurgeons in the process of clinical treatment.This paper mainly reviews the application progress of 3D printing technology in clinical treatment of neurosurgery.
