摘要
目的优化色谱条件,建立反相离子对液相色谱法检测复合季铵盐消毒剂中3种苯扎氯铵的含量。方法采用岛津C18色谱柱,以0.01 mol/L庚烷磺酸钠为离子对试剂,醋酸铵(0.02 mol/L,30%)-甲醇(70%)为流动相,检测波长260 nm,外标法测定复合消毒液中的十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十四烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵和十六烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵。结果3种苯扎氯铵在C18色谱柱上分离良好,标准曲线的线性范围20.0~1000.0 mg/L,检测限1.7~5.9 mg/L。样品加标回收率96.3%~102.5%,相对标准偏差小于3.0%。结论建立的反相离子对液相色谱法能够同时测定消毒剂中3种苯扎氯铵,该方法具有专属性强、重现性好和灵敏度高的优点,适用于复合季铵盐消毒剂中苯扎氯铵的测定。
Objective To establish a reversed-phase ion pair liquid chromatography method for the simultaneous determination of three benzalkonium chlorides in compound quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant.Methods With the Inertsil C18 column,0.01mol/L sodium heptanesulfonate as ion pair reagent,ammonium acetate(0.02 mol/L,30%)-methanol(70%)as mobile phase and the detection wavelength of 260 nm,the external standard method was used to determine the content of benzalkonium chloride(dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride,Tetradecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride,hexadecyl benzyl dimethly ammonium chloride)in compound disinfectant.Results Three benzalkonium chlorides were well separated on the C18 column.The linear range of benzalkonium chloride was 20.0-1000.0μg/mL,and the detection limits were 1.7-5.9 mg/L,respectively.The standard recovery was 96.3%-102.5% and the relative standard deviations were less than 3.0%.Conclusion The three benzalkonium chlorides in the compound disinfectant were simultaneously determined by the established liquid chromatography method.It has the advantages of wide range,high accuracy and precision,which is suitable for the rapid determination of benzalkonium chloride in quaternary ammonium compound disinfectant.
