摘要
针对目前变电站在防误解锁过程中出现的问题,在分析目前变电站解锁钥匙管理的方式前提下,设计一套新型的防误解锁钥匙管理系统。该系统由现场防误解锁钥匙管理柜和远程后台所组成,实现钥匙的现场锁存、解锁密码的随机生成并由防误解锁批准人掌握的方式,使得现场解锁处于有批准、有监护状态下,实现现场解锁的可控性,提高变电站现场运行的安全性。
In view of the problems in the process of anti misunlocking of substations at present,a new anti misunlocking key management system is designed according to the current mode of substation unlocking key management.The system is composed of on-site anti misunlock key management cabinet and remote background.It realizes the on-site locking of the key,the random generation of the unlocking password and the control of the anti misunlocking approver.Make on-site unlocking under approval and supervision.Realize the controllability of on-site unlocking.Improve the safety of substation on-site operation.
