AC514发动机非调质钢连杆试验研究

摘要 C70S6为发动机连杆用非调质钢,对力学性能、组织均匀性、切削性能都提出了较高要求。通过LF、VD过程对成分进行精确控制;连铸过程采用慢拉速(0.70 m/min)、低过热度(15~30℃)、大的电磁搅拌电流(末端搅拌电流400 A)来提高铸坯低倍质量;轧钢过程采用高温扩散加热工艺,控制高温段加热温度(1200~1250℃)并实施控轧控冷工艺来改善材料组织;模拟用户工艺对材料进行锻打,并与国内外先进同行材料进行各项检测指标的对比,最后经用户试用、检测,材料的各项性能指标完全能满足用户的使用要求。 C70S6 is a non-quenched and tempered steel for engine connecting rods,which puts forward higher requirements on mechanical properties,microstructure uniformity and cutting performance.LF and VD for precise control of composition;the continuous casting process adopts slow casting speed:0.70 m/min,low superheat degree:15~30℃,large electromagnetic stirring current:the end stirring current is 400 A to improve the macro quality of the casting billet;The steel rolling process adopts the high temperature diffusion heating process,controls the heating temperature in the high temperature section:1200~1250℃,and implements the controlled rolling and controlled cooling process to improve the material structure;the material is forged by simulating the customer's process,and various testing indicators are compared with the advanced domestic and foreign materials.Finally,after the customer's trial and testing,the performance indicators of the material can fully meet the customer's application requirements.
