从动静辩证关系探讨补气活血药抗肿瘤转移的内涵

Exploring the Connotation of Anti-tumor Metastasis by Supplementing Qi,Invigorating Blood from the Syndrome Differentiation Between the Static and Dynamic Process

中医历代肿瘤治疗屡用活血类药,但学界对此频有争议。究其原因,大抵以肿瘤转移为完全“动态”过程认识为前提,认为其运用有助扩散转移之虞。受《黄帝内经》“传舍”理论启示,根据文献及前期课题研究成果,认为肿瘤转移是动静结合的过程,而癌栓黏附血管内壁的“静态”过程更为关键。补气活血药可改善血瘀状态,调控肿瘤转移,并一定程度加强同质肿瘤细胞之间的黏附,起到有利抗肿瘤转移的双相作用。于此,用补气活血药进行抗肿瘤治疗当为常态。

Tumor treatment in Chinese medicine has been used to invigorate blood,but this is a controversial issue in academic circles.The reasons for this are based on the premise that tumor metastasis is a completely"dynamic"process,and that its applying can control the spread and metastasis of tumor.Inspired by the theory of"spreading and lingering of cancer toxin"in the"Huangdi's Cannon of Medicine",according to the literature and the previous research results,tumor metastasis is a combination of dynamic and static process.Especially the"static"process of cancer embolus adhering to the inner wall of blood vessels is more critical.The formula with the function of supplementing qi and invigorating blood can reduce blood stasis,restrain tumor metastasis,and strengthen the adhesion between homogeneous tumor cells to a certain extent.Thus,that treatment has a biphasic effect on anti-tumor metastasis.In this regard,the use of the formula with the function of supplementing qi and invigorating blood for anti-tumor treatment should become the conventional therapy.
