旋转条件下热管冷却涡轮叶片的数值模拟

摘要 为了研究热管冷却涡轮叶片的效果,使用瞬态动网格模型来模拟涡轮叶片的旋转过程。通过比较不同进气温度下叶片各位置的温度和冷却效率系数。分析结果表明,进气温度从1500 K到2000 K,叶片表面温度始终可以保持在1550 K以下,且进气温度越高叶片表面温度的分布将更加均匀,但是整体的冷却效率会降低,压力面和吸入面之间的温差会少量逐渐增加。 In order to study the effect of heat pipe cooling turbine blades,a transient dynamic mesh model was used to simulate the rotation process of a turbine blade.Through the comparison of the temperature and the cooling efficiency coefficient at each position of the blade under different gas inlet temperatures,the analysis results show that the inlet temperature rises from 1500 K to 2000 K,and the temperature of the blade surface can always be kept below 1550 K,and the distribution of the blade surface temperature will be more uniform.But the overall cooling efficiency will decrease,and the temperature difference between the pressure side and the suction side will gradually increase in a small amount.
