高年资护理人员循证护理实践能力的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of evidence-based nursing practice ability of senior nurses

目的 了解高年资护理人员循证护理实践能力,为推动我院循证护理的发展提供依据。方法 采用我院自制的循证护理知识、态度、行为调查量表对符合纳入标准的307名高年资护理人员的循证护理实践能力进行调查。结果 高年资护理人员循证护理实践能力得分为(1.99±0.26)分,其中循证护理知识、技能、信念、态度、行为得分分别为(1.45±0.37)、(1.82±0.44)、(2.50±0.44)、(2.73±0.34)、(1.51±0.39)分。结论 高年资护理人员对循证护理的开展有着积极的信念和态度,但是知识、技能严重缺乏,实践能力也不足。建议医院加大高年资护理人员循证护理实践能力的培训,进而带动全院循证护理的发展。

Objective To understand the evidence-based nursing practice ability of senior nurses and provide basis for promoting the development of evidence-based nursing in our hospital.Methods A total of 307 senior nurses who met the inclusion criteria were investigated with the self-made investigation scale of knowledge,attitude and behavior of evidencebased nursing.Results The score of evidence-based nursing practice ability of senior nurses was(1.99±0.26),of which the scores of knowledge,skill,belief,attitude and behavior of evidence-based nursing were(1.45 ±0.37),(1.82 ±0.44),(2.50 ±0.44),(2.73±0.34) and(1.51 ±0.39) respectively.Conclusion Senior nurses have positive belief and attitude towards the development of evidence-based nursing,however,there is a serious lack of knowledge,skill and practical ability.It is suggested that the hospital should increase the training of evidence-based nursing practice ability of senior nurses,so as to promote the development of evidence-based nursing in the whole hospital.
