Vitapex糊剂填充治疗牙髓根尖周病的临床效果及对患者疼痛程度的影响

Clinical effect of Vitapex paste filling in the treatment of periapical pulp disease and its influence on pain degree of patients

目的 探讨Vitapex糊剂填充治疗牙髓根尖周病的临床效果及对患者疼痛程度的影响。方法 纳入2019年3月至2020年3月我院收治的46例牙髓根尖周病患者作为研究对象,以填充材料差异将其分为常规组和观察组,各23例。常规组实施常规抗生素糊剂填充治疗,观察组使用Vitapex糊剂填充治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为95.65%,显著高于常规组的73.91%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血清抗牙龈卟啉菌IgG抗体(PgIgG)高于治疗前,肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于治疗前,且观察组的血清抗PgIgG、TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP水平及VAS评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率为4.35%,显著低于常规组的82.61%(P<0.05);观察组的临床疗效满意度高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的龈沟出血指数(MSBI)、咀嚼功能评分低于治疗前,填充物舒适度及美观度评分高于治疗前,且观察组优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 Vitapex糊剂填充治疗牙髓根尖周病患者的临床效果显著,可快速改善疼痛程度及炎症因子水平,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Vitapex paste filling in the treatment of periapical pulp disease and its influence on pain degree of patients.Methods A total of 46 patients with periapical pulp disease admitted in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the difference of filling materials,the patients were divided into conventional group and observation group,with 23 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with conventional antibiotic paste filling,while the observation group was treated with Vitapex paste filling.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 95.65%,which was significantly higher than 73.91% of the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum anti Porphyromonas gingivalis IgG antibody(PgIgG) in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),high sensitivity-C reactive protein(hs-CRP)and the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) score were lower than those before treatment,and the serum anti PgIgG,TNF-α,IL-6,hs-CRP levels and VAS score in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.35%,which was significantly lower than 82.61% in the conventional group(P <0.05);the satisfaction of clinical efficacy in the observation group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Modified Sulcus Bleeding Index(MSBI) and masticatory function scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the filler comfort and aesthetic scores were higher than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were better than the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitapex paste filling in the treatment of patients with periapical pulp disease has a significant clinical effect,it can quickly improve the degree of pain and inflammatory factor levels,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
