四君子汤治疗中医内科疾病脾胃气虚证的临床效果

Clinical effect of Sijunzi decoction in the treatment of spleen and stomach Qi deficiency syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine internal diseases

目的 探讨四君子汤治疗中医内科疾病脾胃气虚证的临床效果。方法 选取2019年5月至2020年5月在本院因脾胃病就诊的76例脾胃气虚证患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为试验组与对照组,每组38例。试验组采用四君子汤化裁治疗,对照组采用常规西药治疗。比较两组的症状积分、症状改善时间及临床疗效。结果 治疗前,两组的各项症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的各项症状积分均降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组的各项症状积分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的各项症状改善时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的治疗总有效率为94.74%,高于对照组的76.32%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 四君子汤治疗中医内科疾病脾胃气虚证的效果显著,可显著改善患者的临床症状,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Sijunzi decoction in the treatment of spleen and stomach Qi deficiency syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine internal diseases.Methods A total of 76 patients with spleen and stomach Qi deficiency syndrome treated in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with modified Sijunzi decoction,and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The symptom scores,symptom improvement time and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in each items symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the each items symptom scores of the two groups decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the each items symptom scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The each items symptom improvement time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 94.74%,which was higher than 76.32% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Sijunzi decoction in the treatment of spleen and stomach Qi deficiency syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine internal diseases has a significant effect,it can significantly improve clinical symptoms,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
