摘要
目的 运用德尔菲法和层次分析法(AHP)研制适合神经外科患者使用的身体约束必要性评估量表,为神经外科患者的身体约束评估提供参考。方法 成立课题小组,采用文献回顾、半结构式访谈的方法制定原始条目池,遴选专家20名,应用德尔菲法进行两轮专家函询,整合专家意见,再利用AHP权重结果,结合临床实际进行赋分,最终形成神经外科患者身体约束必要性评估量表。结果 第1、2轮函询专家的积极系数均为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.845和0.848,专家协调程度分别为0.409(P<0.01)、0.318(P<0.01)。最终形成了包含10个一级条目和44个等级条目的神经外科患者身体约束必要性评估量表。结论 应用德尔菲法编制的神经外科患者身体约束必要性评估量表可靠性高,可作为神经外科患者身体约束的评估工具。
Objective To develop a physical restraint necessity assessment scale suitable for neurosurgical patients by Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),so as to provide reference for physical restraint assessment of neurosurgical patients.Methods A research group was set up.The original item pool was developed by literature review and semi-structured interview.Twenty experts were selected,two rounds of expert inquiry were conducted by Delphi method,and expert opinions were integrated.The weight results of AHP method were used to assign scores in combination with clinical practice,and finally the physical restraint necessity assessment scale for neurosurgical patients was formed.Results The positive coefficients of experts in the first and second round of inquiry were 100%,the expert authority coefficients were 0.845 and 0.848,and the expert coordination degrees were 0.409(P<0.01) and 0.318(P<0.01),respectively.Finally,a physical restraint necessity assessment scale for neurosurgical patients with 10 first-level items and 44 level items was formed.Conclusion The physical restraint necessity assessment scale for neurosurgical patients compiled by Delphi method has high reliability and can be used as an assessment tool of physical restraint for neurosurgical patients.
