以微课为载体的可视化健康教育结合递进式康复训练对股骨颈骨折术后患者康复情况及康复积极性的影响

Effects of visual health education based on micro-lecture combined with progressive rehabilitation training on rehabilitation situation and enthusiasm of patients after femoral neck fracture surgery

目的 探讨以微课为载体的可视化健康教育结合递进式康复训练对股骨颈骨折术后患者康复情况及康复积极性的影响。方法 选取2018年1月至2020年12月我院收治的50例股骨颈骨折术后患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(25例,常规护理)与观察组(25例,在对照组基础上实施以微课为载体的可视化健康教育结合递进式康复训练)。比较两组的护理效果。结果 护理后,观察组的Harris髋关节功能评分高于对照组,关节活动度大于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的积极举动、康复护理配合度评分高于对照组,放弃举动评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 以微课为载体的可视化健康教育结合递进式康复训练可促进股骨颈骨折术后患者康复,提高康复积极性,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the effects of visual health education based on micro-lecture combined with progressive rehabilitation training on rehabilitation situation and enthusiasm of patients after femoral neck fracture surgery.Methods A total of 50 patients after femoral neck fracture surgery admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group(25 cases,routine nursing) and observation group(25 cases,visual health education based on micro-lecture combined with progressive rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group) according to the random number table method.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the Harris hip function score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the joint mobility was greater than that in the control group(P <0.05).After nursing,the positive behavior and rehabilitation nursing cooperation degree scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the abandonment behavior score was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation score group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Visual health education based on micro-lecture combined with progressive rehabilitation training can promote the rehabilitation of patients with femoral neck fracture,improve the enthusiasm of rehabilitation and reduce the incidence of complications.
