中医外治联合手法推拿在哺乳期急性乳腺炎患者中的应用效果

Application effect of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with massage manipulation in patients with lactation acute mastitis

目的 探讨中医外治联合手法推拿在哺乳期急性乳腺炎患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2017年6月至2019年6月我院收治的100例哺乳期急性乳腺炎患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为试验组(50例,中药外敷+乳腺疏导推拿)和参照组(50例,乳腺疏导推拿)。比较两组患者的住院费用、临床症状消退时间及干预效果。结果 试验组的住院费用明显低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的疼痛消退时间、体温恢复时间、硬结消退时间、白细胞恢复时间均明显短于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的干预总有效率为98.00%(49/50),明显高于参照组的82.00%(41/50),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中医外治联合手法推拿在哺乳期急性乳腺炎患者中的应用效果显著,可促使各项症状快速消退,节约住院费用,且操作简单、不需要停止哺乳,极易使患者接受,值得在临床中推广实施。

Objective To explore the application effect of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with massage manipulation in patients with lactation acute mastitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with lactation acute mastitis admitted in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into experimental group(50 cases,external application of traditional Chinese medicine + breast dredging massage)and reference group(50 cases,breast dredging massage) by random number table method.The hospitalization cost,the time of clinical symptom regression and the intervention effect were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization cost in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The pain resolution time,body temperature recovery time,induration resolution time and leukocyte recovery time in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of intervention in the experimental group was 98.00%(49/50),which was significantly higher than 82.00%(41/50) in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion External treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with massage manipulation in patients with lactation acute mastitis has a significant application effect,it can promote the rapid resolution of various symptoms,save hospitalization cost,and is simple to operate,does not require stopping breastfeeding,and is easily accepted by patients,which is worthy of promotion and implementation in clinic.
