新时代加强农村基层党建工作是推进乡村振兴战略的题中之义,同时也为乡村振兴战略的实施提供了强有力的政治保障。虽然农村基层党组织历经脱贫攻坚考验,但在推进农村基层党建工作中依然存在人才、组织、制度保障和物质基础等多维度困境。为此要持续优化村党支部书记队伍,积极做好农村党员吸纳和培养工作,努力提升党的组织覆盖和工作覆盖水平,着力增强农村基层党组织发展集体经济的能力和基础,为推进乡村振兴战略保驾护航。

In the new era,strengthening the party construction at the grass-roots level in rural areas is the central meaning of promoting the rural revitalization strategy,and also provides a strong political guarantee for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Although rural grass-roots party organizations have experienced the test of poverty alleviation,there are still multidimensional difficulties in rural grass-roots party building work,such as talent,organization,institutional guarantee and material foundation.In order to impel the strategy of rural revitalization,we should continue to optimize the team of village Party branch secretaries,actively absorb and train the rural Party members,improve the party’s organizational coverage and work coverage and focus on strengthening the ability and foundation of rural grassroots party organizations to develop the collective economy.
