黄河流域土地市场化、供应结构对建设用地绿色利用效率的空间效应研究

Study on Spatial Effect about Land Marketization and Supply Structure on Construction Land′s Green Use Efficiency in the Yellow River Basin

构建邻接空间权重、距离空间权重和经济距离空间权重,利用空间面板杜宾模型及其偏微分分解方法分析黄河流域土地市场化、供应结构对建设用地绿色利用效率的空间效应。结果表明:①2010—2018年,黄河流域城市建设用地绿色利用效率呈现先下降后上升的态势,且中游>上游>下游。②建设用地绿色利用效率存在空间正相关性,且高—高集聚区主要分布在上游,低—低集聚区主要分布在下游。③土地市场化与住宅用地、公共管理与服务用地结构虽然对本地城市建设用地绿色利用效率产生抑制作用,但是对周围城市具有促进作用,且直接效应与溢出效应均不显著;工矿用地和商服用地结构在距离权重模型和经济距离权重模型下的空间溢出效应显著,且抑制了周边城市建设用地绿色利用效率提升。④产业结构优化对建设用地绿色利用效率产生促进作用,其直接效应与溢出效应均显著,而城镇化与建设用地绿色利用效率存在“倒U型”关系。

By constructing adjacency space weight,distance space weight and economic distance space weight,this paper used spatial panel Dobbin model and its partial differential decomposition method to analyze the spatial effects about land marketization and supply structure on construction land′s the green use efficiency in the Yellow River Basin.The results showed that:①The green use efficiency of urban construction land in the Yellow River Basin showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing within the study period.and the middle reaches>the upper reaches>the lower reaches.②The green use efficiency of construction land in the basin had a positive spatial correlation during the study period,and the H-H agglomeration area was mainly distributed in the upper reaches,and the L-L agglomeration area was mainly distributed in the lower reaches.③Although land marketization,residential land use,public management and public service land use structure inhibit the green use efficiency of construction land in local urban,However,they promoted the surrounding cities,and the direct effect and spillover effect were not significant,the spatial spillover effect of industrial and mining land,commercial land structure under the distance weight model and economic distance weight model was significant,and it inhibited the improvement of green use efficiency of construction land in surrounding cities.④Industrial structure optimization promoted the green use efficiency of construction land,and the direct effect and spillover effect were significant,there was an inverted“U”relationship between urbanization and green use efficiency of construction land.
