区域旅游城镇化高质量发展水平测度及驱动因素分析——以大湘西地区为例

Measurement on High-quality Development Level of Regional Tourism Urbanization and the Driving Factors——A Case Study of Western Hunan

从综合效益最优视角探究区域旅游城镇化高质量发展内涵及其演化特征,对旅游城镇化转型提质、推动区域一体化发展意义重大。基于旅游城镇化高质量发展内涵构建评价指标体系,运用熵值法、泰尔指数、修正的引力模型和地理探测器等方法对2007—2019年大湘西旅游城镇化高质量发展的时空演化、差异特征、联系强度及驱动因素进行探究。结果表明:①大湘西区域旅游城镇化高质量发展时空演化特点显著,呈“东北高、西南低”的分布格局。②区域差异在缩小,怀化市和张家界市的县区是差异缩小的重点区域。③联系强度随时间明显提升,联系网络呈密集化趋势和非均衡性,以武陵源区、吉首市和鹤城区为代表的县区间高质量发展联系密切。④城镇化水平、经济发展水平和旅游业发展状况是显著影响因子,经济发展水平与其他因子的协同效应最突出,民生改善状况与城镇化水平、城乡差距程度的交互作用强度随时间显著增强。

To explore the connotation and evolution for the superior regional tourism urbanization from the perspective of optimal comprehensive benefits is of great significance to improve the tourism urbanization transformation and promote regional integrated development.Based on the connotation of superior tourism urbanization,this paper constructed evaluation index system,and used the methods of entropy method,Theil index,modified gravity model and geographic detector to explore the spatial-temporal evolution,difference characteristics,connection strength and driving factors in Western Hunan from 2007 to 2019.The results showed that:①The significant spatial and temporal evolution for the superior regional tourism urbanization had a distribution pattern of“high in northeast and low in southwest”.②With decreasing regional differences,the counties and districts in Huaihua and Zhangjiajie were the key areas to reduce the differences.③The connection strength increased significantly with time,and the connection network showed a densification trend and imbalance.The counties represented by Wulingyuan District,Jishou City and Hecheng District were closely connected with high-quality development.④Urbanization level,economic development level and tourism development were significant influencing factors,with the most prominent synergistic effect between economic development level and other factors.The strength of the interaction between the improvement of people′s livelihood with the level of urbanization and the degree of urban-rural gap increased significantly over time.
