北京市郊野公园特征对市民使用需求的影响

Effect of Characteristics Country Parks in Beijing on Citizens′Use Demand

对北京市16个郊野公园的市民进行抽样调查,采用多元有序Logit模型分析市民对郊野公园基础设施、自然环境、消费价格、服务水平、文化教育5方面特征的满意度及其使用需求的影响。结果表明:①市民对郊野公园整体使用需求较大,对基础设施、自然环境满意度较高,对消费价格、服务水平、文化教育满意度较低。②市民对自然环境、服务水平和文化教育的满意度显著影响使用需求,基础设施和消费价格对使用需求没有显著影响。③健康状况较好的市民受文化教育的影响更显著,健康状况一般的市民仅受生态教育设施的影响,健康状况较差的市民更易受自然环境影响;居住在郊野公园附近的市民受服务水平和宣传教育设施的影响更显著,与郊野公园距离较远的市民受风景、环境、历史文化的影响更显著。

This paper conducted a sample survey on 16 country parks in Beijing,and used a multivariate ordered Logit model to analyze the impact of citizens′satisfaction with five characteristics of country parks,including infrastructure,natural environment,consumer price,service level,culture and education,on their use demand.The results showed that:①Citizens had much use demand for country parks,higher satisfaction with infrastructure and natural environment,and lower satisfaction with consumer price,service level,culture and education.②Citizens′satisfaction with natural environment,service level,culture and education had a significant impact on demand,while satisfaction with infrastructure and consumer price had no significant impact.③The impact of culture and education was more significant for the citizens with better health status.The citizens with average health status were only affected by ecological education facilities,and the citizens with poor health status were more affected by natural environment.People living near country parks were more affected by service level and ecological education facilities,while those living far away from country parks were more affected by scenery,environment,history and culture.
