黑河学院作为中国东北边疆的地方高校,在培养戍疆爱国艺术人才,促进地方经济文化艺术发展方面发挥着重要作用。黑河学院艺术教育应顺应时代的发展,培养符合新时代的艺术实践人才。新的历史条件下,黑河学院充分发挥地缘优势,优化学科专业布局、构建地域特色课程、调整实践人才培养机制,提高实践人才培养能力、搭建艺术实践平台,调整评价体系等方面的艺术实践教育,提高艺术实践人才的培养能力,为中国乡村振兴战略背景下地方乡村文化的振兴贡献高校力量。

Heihe University,a local university in the northeast border area of China,plays an important role in cultivating patriotic artistic talents and promoting the development of local economy,culture and art.The art education in Heihe University should adapt to the development of the times and cultivate practical talents of art in the new era.Under the new historical conditions,Heihe University gives full play to the geographical advantages,optimizes the layout of disciplines,constructs practice courses with regional characteristics,adjusts the personnel training mechanism,improves the ability of training practical talents,establishes the platform art practice,adjusts the evaluation system of art practice education,improves the training of art practice talents,and makes contributions to the revitalization of local rural culture under the background of rural revitalization strategy.
