A Study on Strengthening the Learning Motivation of Non-English Majors in Local Colleges and Universities

学习者的学习动机会直接影响最终的学习效果,积极的学习动机可以改善学习效果。调查显示,地方高校非英语专业英语学习者的动机普遍不强,导致英语学习效果也一直不够理想,推进地方高校大学英语教学顺利开展,必须强化专业英语学习者的动机。构建可行性的策略,强化地方高校非英语专业英语学习者学习动机。

In the learning process,learners’ learning motivation will directly affect the final learning effect,which will be improved by positive learning motivation.The survey shows that non-English majors in local colleges and universities generally don’t have strong learning motivation,resulting in the unsatisfactory effect in,English learning.In order to improve the teaching effect of college English in local colleges and universities,feasible learning strategies should be constructed for strengthening non-English majors’ learning motivation.
