摘要
新时代我国中小学体育师资职前培养面临着“教育者知识结构难以满足新时期体育师资培养需要”“准体育师资生源质量与培养目标要求之间的差距较大”“课程结构更新不及时,学时分配不合理”“使用的部分教材的水平尚有较大提升空间”的问题。针对存在的问题,提出了如下对策:(1)加强中小学体育师资教育者的在职培训;(2)引入“双师型”教师,形成中小学体育师资培养共同体;(3)基于研究,内化理论,培养教学思维;(4)优化中小学准体育师资的培养方案,适当增加核心运动项目的课时;(5)以“三基”“三会”为指导,完善普修课“课内外一体化教学模式”;(6)强化顶点课程建设,提升中小学准体育师资的综合素质和实践能力;(7)协调好专业性与师范性的关系,实现“双专业”的平等、共融、共生。
In the new era,the pre-service training of physical education teachers in our country is facing the following problems:the knowledge structure is difficult to meet the training needs of physical education teachers in the new period;there is a big gap between the quality of students majoring in physical education and the requirements of training objectives;the curriculum structure is not updated in time and the class hour distribution is unreasonable;the level of some teaching materials used by physical education majors still has great room for improvement.In view of the existing problems,the following countermeasures are put forward:strengthening the in-service training of teachers majoring in Physical Education;introducing “double qualified teachers to form a training community for physical education professionals,cultivating teaching thinking based on research and internalization theory,optimizing the training program for students majoring in physical education and appropriately increasing the class hours of core sport events,improving the integrated teaching mode inside and outside the course for general courses under the guidance of “three basics” and “three enables”,strengthening the top curriculum construction and improving the comprehensive quality and practical ability of students majoring in physical education,and coordinating the relationship between professionalism and normality and realize the equality,integration and symbiosis of “double majors”.
