非物质文化遗产,是一个民族文化传承的形式和展现要素,承载了大量的人文内涵与历史记忆,其发展的过程是不断变化的综合过程。当前,公众认识到保护非遗技艺的迫切性,研究和保护非物质文化也成为一项备受关注的社会热点和重要课题。非遗的保护绝非是一人之力可以达成,还需要各界参与进来,发展融合为多元化的保护新形势,并开展科学的非遗文化保护管理工作。不仅要以多元化、多维度的保护形式保障其可持续性传承,还需要满足当下多层次的发展需求。

The intangible cultural heritage is an important form and element of displaying cultural inheritance of a nation,which carries a lot of humanistic connotation and historical memory.The development process of intangible cultural heritage is a comprehensive process of constant changes.For the present,the public get to realize the urgency of protecting intangible culture,which has become a hot and important topic.However,the protection of the non-heritage is not a one-man effort,but needs the participation of all walks of life.The intangible cultural heritage needs to develop into a new diversified protection situation,to carry out scientific management,to ensure its sustainability heritage in a diversified and multi-dimensional form,and to meet the needs of multi-level development.
