For conforming to current network bidding information management,a new platform has been constructed in the bidding system of power grid construction projects by combining the existing information management and control platform with the power market.According to the application example of the platform,it is concluded that the intelligent management scheme can realize the optimal management on invitation for bids,bidding,bid evaluation,bid winning and so on,and ensure the security in information transmission,identity authentication,bidding document receiving and sending.The advantageous transmission speed can ensure the stable and secure processing of encrypted files,because it can defend against most network attacks,ensure the security of the enterprise bidding process,and reduce the operation cost of the enterprise.
