摘要
以提高设计质量为目标,通过对复查项目、复查方法和复查模式的创新和改进,构建了基于过程方法的迭代式型号研制质量复查体系。该体系细化设置型号研制流程的复查项目,制定“123”复查方法,建立循环迭代、螺旋上升的设计质量复查运行模式。从保证设计输入充分性、适宜性和保证设计输出正确性、符合性两个方面循环迭代地开展复查,达到了预防为主、持续改进、质量螺旋上升的目的。
In order to improve the design quality, through the innovation and improvement of review items, review methods and review modes, an iterative project development quality review system based on process method is constructed. The system refines the review items according to the project development process, formulates the "123" review method, and establishes the design quality review operation mode to improve design quality iteratively and spirally. The review system is carried out cyclically and iteratively from two aspects: ensuring the adequacy and suitability of design inputs and ensuring the correctness and compliance of design outputs, to achieve the goal of prevention first, continuous improvement and spiral rise in development quality.
