摘要
航天型号发动机试验是发动机研制的重要组成部分,试验全过程的质量管控能力和水平直接影响试验的效果、目的,甚至成败。本着继承创新、体系管控、夯实基础的原则,策划开展了航天型号发动机试验质量管控模式的优化及实践,借助“三个面向”质量分析方法,综合查找组织、流程、产品各层面之间的差距,进一步明确和压实质量责任及监控时点,建立起质量管控能力提升的长效机制,为高强密度型号研制特别是重大工程任务的圆满成功提供坚实的地面试验保证。
Aerospace type engine test is an important part of engine development. The quality control ability and level in the whole process of the test directly affect the effect, purpose and even success or failure of the test. Based on the principle of inheritance and innovation, system management and control and consolidating the foundation, the optimization and repractice of aerospace engine test quality management and control mode are planned and carried out. With the help of three oriented analysis methods, it comprehensively finds the gap between the organization, process and product at all levels, further clarifies the compaction quality responsibility and monitoring time point, and establishes a long-term mechanism to improve the quality control ability, so as to provide a solid ground test guarantee for the successful development of high-strength density models, especially major engineering tasks.
