摘要
主要对ISO/IEC 31010、国家军用标准《武器装备研制项目风险管理指南》及航天工程实践中形成的50多种技术风险评估技术进行研究,通过对航天型号各研制阶段技术风险分析的重点工作项目及50多种技术风险评估技术的特征进行研究,从而明确了航天型号各研制阶段及风险评估过程各阶段适用的技术风险评估技术,从而为工程技术人员和管理人员进行技术风险评估提供参考。
This paper mainly studies 50 kinds of risk assessment technologies formed in ISO/IEC31010, GJB/Z 171 and aerospace engineering practice. Through the research on the key work of risk analysis and 50 kinds of risk assessment technology characteristics, the paper studies which stage of aerospace product development is suitable of the risk assessment technology use.
