新型羟基频哪酮视黄酸酯高油促渗传递体的皮肤驻留测试及功效评价

摘要 为提高羟基频哪酮视黄酸酯(HPR)皮肤驻留量,增加HPR的透皮吸收,制备了一种新型HPR高油促渗传递体WL-HPR1130。以含HPR的普通精华液作为对照组,含WL-HPR1130的精华液作为实验组,分别测定HPR的皮肤驻留量,同时对含WL-HPR1130的精华液进行临床抗皱功效测试。由实验结果可知,实验组HPR的驻留量为11.40 μg/cm^(2),对照组HPR的驻留量为1.41 μg/cm^(2),实验组比对照组高8.08倍;受试者在使用实验组样品2周和4周后,外眼角皱纹和细纹均有显著的减少和淡化,皱纹的平均长度、宽度和深度使用2周后分别下降14.26%、18.31%和7.17%,使用4周后分别下降29.39%、38.25%和8.60%;细纹的平均长度、宽度和深度使用2周后分别下降22.35%、12.60%和8.00%,使用4周后分别下降27.10%、20.24%和15.90%,并具有显著的目视化改变。HPR高油促渗传递体WL-HPR1130能够显著增加HPR在皮肤中的驻留量,其制备的精华液具有显著的抗皱淡纹功效。 To increase the skin retention of HPR (hydroxypinacolone retinoate),a novel high-oil-content HPR transfersome WL-HPR1130 was prepared.The skin retention of HPR were determined,in which conventional essence containing HPR was used as the control group and the WL-HPR1130 essence was used as the experimental group.The anti-wrinkle efficacy of WL-HPR1130 essence was also evaluated.The retention of HPR was 11.40 μg/cm^(2) in the experimental group,which was 8.08 times higher than the control group (1.41 μg/cm^(2)).The wrinkles and fine lines at outer corners of eyes were significantly reduced and smoothed after 2 and 4 weeks for experimental group.The average length,width and depth of wrinkles were decreased by 14.26%,18.31% and 7.17% after 2 weeks,and were decreased by 29.39%,38.25% and 8.60% after 4 weeks.The average length,width and depth of fine lines were decreased by 22.35%,12.60% and 8.00% after 2 weeks,and were decreased by 27.10%,20.24% and 15.90% after 4 weeks,which showed significantly visible changes.Therefore,WL-HPR1130,a novel high-oil-content HPR transfersome formulation,can significantly increase the retention of HPR in the skin.The WL-HPR1130 essence has remarkable anti-wrinkle and fine-lines-smoothing effects.
