摘要
介绍了液晶结构的起源、定义、分类和表征方法。液晶结构是一种兼具晶体和液体部分性质的中间态,同时具有液体的流动性和晶体的各向异性。液晶根据生成条件和组成的不同分为两大类:溶致液晶和热致液晶,在化妆品领域溶致液晶应用相对更为广泛。液晶结构可以通过X射线衍射法、核磁共振氢谱法、偏光显微镜法、差示扫描量热法等方法进行表征。同时还介绍了液晶结构的性能及影响液晶形成的因素以及液晶技术在护肤品和防晒产品中的应用。最后提出了液晶结构在化妆品应用中存在的问题,并对液晶技术将来应用于化妆品领域的发展趋势进行了展望。
The origin of liquid crystal structures,as well as the definition,classification and characterization methods thereof are briefly reviewed.Liquid crystal structure is an intermediate state partially with properties of both crystals and liquids,indicative of the fluidity of the liquids and the anisotropy of the crystals.Liquid crystals are divided into two categories,i.e.,lyotropic liquid crystal and thermotropic liquid crystal,according to the different forming conditions and composition.Lyotropic liquid crystal is relatively more widely used in the field of cosmetics.The liquid crystal structure can be characterized by XRD,NMR,polarizing microscopy and differential scanning calorimetry.The performance of liquid crystal structure,the factors influencing the formation of liquid crystal structure,and the applications in skin care products and sunscreen products are also introduced.Finally,the problems in application of liquid crystal structure in cosmetics are briefly described,and the future development trend of liquid crystal technology in the field of cosmetics is prospected.
