立德树人是思想政治教育的中心任务,用好百年党史资源,培根、铸魂、启智、润心,是新时代做好思想政治教育工作的重要价值遵循。百年党史融入新时代思想政治教育,坚持思想先进性、精神可塑性、教育有效性、育人创新性的基本原则,从培根维度看,要夯实马克思主义和中国化马克思主义信仰之根本,涵养文化自信之根脉,筑牢党的组织根基,厚植党的群众基础;从铸魂维度看,要致力于筑党魂、筑国魂、筑民魂;从启智维度看,要着眼于明是非、识真伪、知美丑、辨善恶;从润心维度看,要聚焦于润“关键少数”之心、润“绝大多数”之心、润“最富活力”之心,全面落实“立”崇高道德、“树”时代新人的思想政治教育使命。

Moral education is the central task of ideological-political education.It is significant to make good use of the resources of the centennial history of the Communist Party of China in ideological-political education in the new era to nourish the roots,forge the soul of our nation,enlighten the people and nurture their virtue.To integrate the centennial history of the Party into the ideological-political education of the new era,we should adhere to the basic principles of ideological advancement,spiritual plasticity,educational effectiveness and innovation.To nourish the roots,we should consolidate the foundation of Marxism and Chinese Marxist beliefs,cultivate the root of cultural self-confidence,build the organizational foundation of the Party,and strengthen the mass foundation of the Party.To forge the soul of our nation,we should devote ourselves to building the Party’s soul,the national soul and the people’s soul.From the perspective of enlightening the people,we should focus on understanding the right and wrong,knowing the truth and falsehood,the beauty and ugliness,and the good and evil.From the perspective of nurturing the virtue,we should focus on nurturing the virtue of“the key minority”,“the overwhelming majority”,and“the most energetic”,and comprehensively implement the ideological and political education mission of establishing lofty morality and cultivating new people in the era.
