摘要
幼儿教师继续教育对于促进幼儿教师专业成长、提高幼儿教育教学质量具有重要意义。运用CiteSpace可视化分析软件对近二十年来我国幼儿教师继续教育研究分析发现,幼儿教师继续教育研究年发文量呈整体稳定发展、局部波动起伏态势;作者网络结构松散,尚未形成核心作者群;机构网络结构分散,尚未形成研究合作共同体。研究热点主题聚焦于幼儿教师继续教育现状、需求、对象、内容、模式、策略等六个方面。为促进幼儿教师继续教育高质量发展,建议进一步凝聚核心力量,构筑学术合作共同体;聚焦教师专业发展,提高研究针对性;加强研究范式创新,深化研究方向与内容。
The continuing education of preschool teachers is of great significance for promoting the professional growth of preschool teachers and improving the teaching quality of preschool education.By using the visual analysis software CiteSpace to analyze the research on preschool teachers’continuing education in China in the past 20 years,the thesis finds that the annual number of publications in the research of preschool teachers’continuing education shows an overall stable development with some fluctuations;the author network structure is loose,and the core author group has not been formed yet;the institutional network structure is scattered,and the research cooperation community has not yet been formed;the hot research topics mainly focus on the current situation,needs,objects,contents,models and strategies of continuing education for preschool teachers.In order to promote the high quality development of preschool teachers’continuing education,it is suggested to further gather the core strength and build an academic cooperation community;focus on teachers’professional development and improve the pertinence of research;strengthen research paradigm innovation and deepen research direction and content.
