摘要
本文测试了聚丙烯熔喷非织造布的性能,通过对比几种聚丙烯熔喷非织造布的测试结果,分析比较了不同试样的纤网结构、孔隙率、厚度、面密度、透气性、透湿性、力学性能、断裂强力、断裂伸长率、顶破强度、耐磨性、尺寸稳定性、拒水性、硬挺度、保暖性能、通透性能、过滤性能、吸油性能、耐老化性和热稳定性能等,实验发现非织造布材料的断裂强力、断裂伸长率、透气性、透湿性、尺寸稳定性、拒水性、硬挺度等参数均与面密度和厚度有一定关系,得出聚丙烯熔喷非织造布材料具有独特的性能,适合开发各类功能性产品,在医用等方面有着广泛的应用前景。
The performance of polypropylene melt-blown nonwovens was tested.By comparing the test results of several polypropylene melt-blown nonwovens,Analysis compares the different sample of fabric structure,porosity,thickness,surface density,permeability,moisture permeability,mechanical properties,breaking strength,breaking elongation,bursting strength,abrasion resistance,dimension stability,water repellency,softness,warm performance,connect fully,filtration performance,oil absorption performance,aging resistance and thermal stability,It was found that nonwoven materials of breaking strength and elongation at break,air permeability,moisture permeability,dimensional stability,water repellency,softness and surface density and thickness have certain relations,it is concluded that polypropylene melt-blown nonwovens materials with unique properties,suitable for development of various functional products,has a broad application prospect in medical,etc.
