摘要
TPEE弹性体是PTA、BDO与聚醚的共聚物,本文主要研究了聚醚种类、分子质量、占比不同对TPEE弹性体硬度、拉伸强度、回弹率性能的影响。主要用到合成设备为20L聚合反应釜,使用熔体流动速率仪、注塑机、万能拉伸机、硬度仪、橡塑冲击回弹仪等对产品性能进行表征、分析。
TPEE elastomer is a copolymer of PTA,BDO and polyether.This paper mainly studied the effects of polyether type,molecular weight and proportion on the hardness,tensile strength and resilience of TPEE elastomer.The main synthesis equipment is a 20L polymerization reactor.The product performance is characterized and analyzed by Melt flow speed indicator,injection molding machine,universal tensile machine,hardness meter,rubber and plastic impact rebound meter,etc.
