煤制乙二醇自制添加剂提高紫外透光率的研发与应用

摘要 简介安化公司20万t煤制乙二醇装置,为保证乙二醇产品达到聚酯级,提升乙二醇回收率,通过自制添加剂的研究,将其投入精馏系统,提高乙二醇产品紫外透光率,提升煤制乙二醇经济效益,研发试验证明:增加添加剂的乙二醇透光度明显提升,且符合GB/T4649-2018中各项技术指标,并经下游市场生产实践证明,完全能够满足高端聚酯市场需求。 Brief introduction of Anhua company's 200,000 tons of coal-to-ethylene glycol plant,in order to ensure that the ethylene glycol product reaches polyester grade and improve the recovery rate of ethylene glycol,through the research of self-made additives,it is put into the rectification system to improve the efficiency of ethylene glycol.The ultraviolet transmittance of glycol products improves the economic benefits of coal-to-ethylene glycol.The research and development test proves that the transmittance of ethylene glycol with additives is significantly improved,and meets the technical indicators in GB/T4649-2018,and has been approved by the downstream market.Production practice has proved that it can fully meet the needs of the high-end polyester market.
