涤锦裂片复合丝工艺探讨

摘要 以锦纶6、涤纶为原料进行熔融复合纺丝,探讨锦纶箱体温度、喷丝板孔径对55 dtex/24 f涤锦裂片复合丝作业性的影响。结果显示:涤纶箱体温度不变,适当提高锦纶箱体温度对作业性、染色有改善,同时可以延长组件周期,但高于一定温度时对作业性无改善;喷丝板孔径对涤锦裂片复合丝55 dtex/24 f影响较大,在一定条件下随喷丝板孔径变大,复合丝伸长变小、条干变差、毛丝变多。 In this paper,nylon 6 and polyester are used as raw materials for melt composite spinning,and the influence of nylon box temperature and spinneret aperture on 55 dtex/24 f polyester nylon split composite yarn is discussed.The results show that:the temperature of the polyester box remains unchanged.Properly increasing the temperature of the nylon box can improve the workability and dyeing,and at the same time,the component cycle can be extended,but the workability is not improved when the temperature is higher than a certain temperature.The composite yarn 55 dtex/24 f has a great influence.Under certain conditions,as the diameter of the spinneret becomes larger,the elongation of the composite yarn becomes smaller,the evenness becomes worse,and the filaments increase.
