摘要
介绍了1,4丁二醇装置废铜铋催化剂的产生原因以及圆盘过滤器分离不彻底的问题,通过采用压滤机替换原有圆盘过滤器的提质增效方案,解决了原有圆盘过滤器分离不彻底的问题,产生了巨大经济效益、环保效益。
This paper introduces the cause of waste copper-bismuth catalyst in 1,4 butanediol unit and the problem of incomplete separation of disk filter.By using filter press to replace the original disk filter to improve quality and efficiency,the problem of incomplete separation of the original disk filter is solved,and great economic and environmental benefits are generated.
