从“眼天年”浅析年龄相关性黄斑变性的卫生之道

A brief analysis of the strategies to maintain health of age-related macular degenera⁃tion from the perspective of"Tian Nian"of the eye

眼为脏腑官窍之一,有其“天年”,先天之精充足,后天摄生有道,则气血津液源源不断上充于目,可达“眼天年”。年龄相关性黄斑变性(AMD)在老年人群中发病率高,是影响“眼天年”的主要老年致盲性眼病。而当下该病的发病机制尚不明确,治疗与预后亦不理想,给患者及社会均带来巨大的精神负担和经济压力。目前认为AMD除与遗传等先天因素有关外,诸如吸烟、光暴露、饮食等摄生不当的后天习惯亦为其主要发病原因,由此提示诸如调脾胃、畅情志、通神明、避光毒,治未病等防治理念及措施十分必要。故本文从“眼天年”的观点切入,对AMD的病因、病机、防治措施进行分析,并探究AMD应尽的“卫生之道”。

The eye is one of the orifices of sense organ,viscera and bowels,and it has its"Tian Nian".The innate essence is sufficient,and the acquired strategies to maintain health is proper,then Qi,blood and body fluids are continuously filled in the eye,as a result,the"Tian Nian"of the eye can be achieved.Age-related macular degeneration(AMD)has a high incidence in the elderly and is a major age-related blinding eye disease affecting the"Tian Nian"of the eye.At present,the pathogenesis of the disease is still unclear,and the treatment and prognosis are not ideal,which brings huge mental burden and economic pressure to patients and society.At present,it is believed that AMD is not only related to congenital factors such as heredity,but also acquired habits such as smoking,light exposure,unhealthy diet,and other improper health care are also the main causes of its pathogenesis.Therefore,it is necessary to control the disease by following the therapeutic principles and measures as harmonizing spleen and stomach,regulating emotions,unblock the bright spirit,avoid toxic light,preventative treatment of disease and etc.Therefore,this article starts from the perspective of the"Tian Nian"of the eye,analyzes the etiology,pathogenesis,prevention,and treatment measures of AMD,and explores the strategies to maintain health that in AMD management.
