从目与心的关系分析“三高”对眼底病的影响

Analysis of the influence of"three-high"on fundus diseases from the relationship be⁃tween eyes and heart

眼底病和“三高”(即高血压、高血糖以及高血脂)在我国处于高发态势,目前对于目与五脏关系的探讨多从肝肾角度入手,而心脏作为五脏六腑之大主,对目的功能的影响不容忽视。本文以中医经典对目与心关系的理解为基础,结合眼球的解剖结构以及“三高”的疾病特点,探讨目与心之间的联系并从心气、心神、心阳3个角度分析目病的产生以及“三高”对眼底病的影响,基于此,临床治疗“三高”并发心血管疾病及眼底病时,可考虑从益心气,养心神,壮心阳的角度治疗,拓展眼底病的治疗思路。

Fundus diseases and"three-high"(hypertension,hyperlipemia,hyperglycemia)are showing a high incidence trend in China.At present,the discussion on the relationship between the eyes and the five viscera is mostly from the perspective of the liver and kidney,while the heart,as the main part of the five viscera and six bowels,has a significant impact on the function of the purpose.Based on the understanding of the relationship between the eyes and the heart in the classic canons of Traditional Chinese Medicine,combined with the anatomical structure of the eyeball and the disease characteristics of the"three-high",this paper discusses the relationship between the eyes and the heart,and analyzes the emergence of the eye disease and the impact of the"three-high"on the fundus disease from the perspectives of heart Qi,heart spirit,and heart Yang.Based on this,when treating the"three-high"complicated with cardiovascular disease and fundus disease,we can take account of the treatment from the perspectives of benefiting the heart Qi,nourishing the heart spirit,and strengthening the heart Yang which expand the treatment of fundus diseases.
