白内障日间手术医院感染预防相关研究进展

Research progress on prevention of hospital infection in cataract ambulatory surgery

随着医疗技术的不断发展,白内障日间手术正成为国内新的高效的医疗服务模式。但是对白内障日间手术中心的医院感染管理尚未引起国内感染控制工作者的重视。本文分析了开展白内障日间手术医院感染管理的必要性及国内、外医院感染预防的相关研究进展,从手术室建设、患者评估、术前宣教、术前用药、术前麻醉、术中注意事项、手术人员管理、术后宣教、术后随访等方面为白内障日间手术中心的医院感染管理工作提供建议。

With the continuous development of medical technology,cataract ambulatory sur‑gery is becoming new and effcient medical service model in China.However,the management of hospital infection in cataract ambulatory surgery centers has not yet attracted the attention of do‑mestic infection control practitioners.This paper analyzed the necessity of carrying out hospital in‑fection management in cataract ambulatory surgery as well as the related research progress of hos‑pital infection prevention at home and abroad,and provided suggestions for hospital infection man‑agement in cataract ambulatory surgery centers from the aspects of operating room construction,patient evaluation,preoperative education,preoperative medication,preoperative anesthesia,intra‑operative precautions,operator management,postoperative education,and postoperative follow-up.
