摘要
本文报导采用聚丙烯酰胺板状电泳研究了八种家蚕品系分别对肠壁、外皮、脂肪体、丝腺、血液五种组织器官进行了酯酶的比较研究。且用岛津双波长薄层色谱扫描仪-CS-900电泳扫描。同一块凝胶板泳动率一致,重现性是获得良好结果的关键。
This paper deals with the comparison of cstcrase isoenzymes of eight species of Bombyx mori.The gut,integument,fat,silk gland,blood were analysed by the technique of polyacrylamide gel clectrophoresis and the subsequent dual-wavelength scanning.All the esterase isoenzymes were identified on a same gel plate,thus a satisfactory reproducity of the results was achieved.
