摘要
近年来,随着环保意识的日渐增强,生态机组的发展建设成为形势所趋。结合层次分析法,将低碳减排效应加入到水电站的生态机组生态效应评价指标体系中,运用模糊数学模型评估各类指标得分,完善现有评价体系。通过比较碳排放指数纳入前后对生态效应评分的影响发现,纳入后评价结果的得分提高8.64%,说明加入低碳减排效应指标符合“双碳”目标的要求,具有一定的科学性。
In recent years, as the social awareness of environment protection grows stronger, the construction of ecological units gets a lot more attention. In this paper, the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) was applied to weight various evaluation indexes, and fuzzy mathematics was used to estimate scores of each index, so as to improve the present evaluation system. The comprehensive evaluation score obtained before and after adding low-carbon emission reduction effect index was compared. Analysis found that the score of the evaluation results was improved by 8.64%. The results indicate that the addition of the low-carbon emission reduction effect index meets the expectation of carbon peak and neutralization, and also is scientific.
