葛藤坳水库溢流面模板施工方案研究

摘要 葛藤坳水库模板施工面积大,在设计方案和地形等多个因素影响下,模板施工难度高。为了提高混凝土施工质量,对模板安装工程进行分析。采用预制钢筋混凝土模板替代木模板,以取消上游侧作业平台;溢流面采用“翻模”工艺,曲面段试验组合钢模板进行拼装,多种方法结合保证了水库模板安装质量,为混凝土浇筑施工提供了基础条件。 The formwork construction area of Getengao reservoir is large, and the formwork construction is difficult under the influence of many factors such as design scheme and terrain. In order to improve the quality of concrete construction, the formwork installation engineering is analyzed. Precast reinforced concrete formwork is used instead of wood formwork to cancel the upstream operation platform. The overflow surface adopts the “formwork turnover” process, and the curved section test combined steel formwork for assembly. The combination of various methods ensures the installation quality of reservoir formwork and provides basic conditions for concrete pouring construction.
