摘要
针对防渗层沥青混凝土高温斜坡流淌问题,利用集料图像测试系统分析反击破和冲击破加工集料的形态特征,研究了骨料粒形对斜坡流淌值的影响。试验结果表明,集料粒形可用棱角性和Form2D进行表征,集料的粒形对防渗层沥青混凝土斜坡流淌影响显著,其中细集料的棱角性较为关键。反击破加工的集料优于冲击破加工集料,而机制砂优于天然砂。选用高棱角性和Form2D的集料可有效提高沥青混凝土抗高温斜坡流淌性能。
In order to solve the problem of high-temperature slow flow of asphalt concrete at high-temperature of impervious layer,the aggregate image test system was used to analyze the angular and shape characteristics of aggregates that prepared by using jaw crusher and impact crusher.The influence of aggregate particle shape on the slope flow was studied.The test results showed that aggregates shape can be characterized using angularity and Form2 D.The aggregate shape was well related with the slope flow resistance of asphalt concrete.The shape of fine aggregate was critical for the slope flow resistance.The fine aggregates prepared by jaw crusher was better than that prepared by impact crusher.Crushed sand showed better performance than natural sand.For the purpose of improving slope flow resistance at high temperature,the aggregates with high angularity and Form2 D should be used for mixture preparation.
