摘要
采用电磁感应加热的方法,对掺钢纤维乳化沥青稀浆封层对沥青路面的愈合修复效果进行研究。首先制备钢纤维乳化沥青稀浆封层混合料和模拟路面试件,并通过试件升温速率与试件温度分布对稀浆封层的钢纤维掺量与电磁感应加热的加热距离进行优选,得到钢纤维掺量和加热距离分别为6%和5 mm。对旧沥青路面试件进行纵向温度测试和分布三点弯曲试验,发现稀浆封层可以修复旧沥青试件。最后采集甘肃省4条不同服役年限的高速公路路面芯样,并研究稀浆封层-电磁感应加热沥青路面修复技术的可行性与养护效果。通过对养护前后试件间接拉伸强度的对比,发现沥青路面的服役年限越小,其养护效果越好。
Using the method of electromagnetic induction heating,the healing effect of asphalt pavement with steel fiber emulsified asphalt slurry seal was studied.Firstly,the steel fiber emulsified asphalt slurry sealing mixture and the simulated pavement specimen were prepared.Through the heating rate and temperature distribution of the specimen,the steel fiber mixing amount of the dilute slurry sealing layer and the heating distance of electromagnetic induction heating were optimized,and the steel fiber mixing amount and heating distance were 6% and 5 mm,respectively.Longitudinal temperature test and distribution three-point bending test were carried out on the old asphalt pavement specimens,and it was found that the dilute slurry sealing layer could repair the old asphalt specimens.Finally,four highway pavement core samples with different service life in Gansu Province were collected,and the feasibility and maintenance effect of the repair technology of slurry sealed-electromagnetic induction heating asphalt pavement were studied.Through the comparison of indirect tensile strength of the specimens before and after maintenance,it was found that the smaller the service life of asphalt pavement,the better the maintenance effect.
