Design and Research of Steam Pipeline in Glass Factory

由于玻璃产业市场需求持续增加,产品价格增长较快,越来越多的玻璃工厂投入设计建造中。近年来人们对于工厂的舒适性、美观性的要求逐年增加,蒸汽越来越多的应用于玻璃工厂的生产和采暖。蒸汽管道厂区的设计是蒸汽系统的重要一环。论文主要对蒸汽管网的支架设计、管道跨距以及热补偿进行探讨。

As the recent market demand of the glass industry continues to increase,and the glass product price increases rapidly,more and more glass factories are getting involved into design and construction.In recent years,people’s requirements for the comfort and aesthetics of factories have increased year by year.Steam is more and more used in the production and heating of glass factories.The design of steam pipe plant is an important part of steam system.This paper mainly discusses the support design,pipe span and thermal compensation of steam pipe network.
