阀厅结构中型钢混凝土支撑结构性能分析

摘要 为加强现有换流站阀厅结构的抗震能力和耐火性能,设计了型钢混凝土支撑结构以改进现有支撑的缺陷。通过试验研究和有限元模拟的方式,对其性能进行了分析:型钢混凝土支撑显示出良好的抗震性能及耗能能力,可用于改进和加强现有阀厅结构的刚度及力学性能。对影响性能的配钢率和轴压比分析后显示,配钢率对支撑影响较为明显,而轴压比对结构的影响可以忽略。基于以上分析,给出针对型钢混凝土支撑结构的设计建议,以促进其更好地服务于我国的电力建设事业。 To strengthen the seismic resistance and fire resistance of the existing valve hall structure of the converter station,the steel reinforced concrete support structure was designed to improve the defects of the existing support.Through test and finite element analysis,the performance of the steel reinforced concrete structure was analyzed.The seismic performance and energy dissipation capacity of the structure is good,which can be used to make the rigidity and mechanical performance of the existing valve hall much better.Further analysis of the steel ratio and axial compression ratio that affect the performance indicates that the steel ratio has an obvious influence on the support,while the axial compression ratio has negligible influence on the structure.Based on the above analysis,the design suggestions for the steel reinforced concrete support structure are given to promote its better service to the power construction in China.
